We are seeking experienced and dependable Concrete Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of concrete construction tasks, including forming, pouring, finishing, reinforcing, and general site labor while ensuring all work is completed safely and according to project specifications. Responsibilities Assist with concrete placement, pouring, and finishing operations Build, set, and strip concrete forms Tie rebar and assist with reinforcement installation Set anchor bolts and embedded items as directed Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling Work closely with crew members and supervisors to meet project schedules Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements Willing and able to travel to various job sites; current projects are located in VA, MD, DC, and WV Previous experience in concrete construction preferred Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and directionsStrong knowledge of construction tools and equipment Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Strong attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance and compliance purposes What You Receive in Return Annual Bonus Program Company contribution toward medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) / Roth retirement plan with company match Company-paid life insurance Company-paid short- and long-term disability coverage Paid sick leave Holiday pay Company-sponsored continuing education (classes, training, trade schools, or college) Work Environment This role involves working primarily on active construction sites and traveling to various project locations.
