Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients.

Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment.

Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Internal Medicine or related field.

Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.

National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN or AANP).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in internal medicine.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
