This fast-paced role combines shipping, receiving, material handling, and production support responsibilities, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.No two days look exactly alike—you'll help keep operations flowing by responding to changing priorities, incoming deliveries, customer orders, and production demands.Schedule1st ShiftMonday – Friday8:00 AM – 4:30 PMNo weekendsPay & Benefits$20–$22 per hourIn addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company success.What You'll DoPick, pack, label, and stage customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyPrepare shipping paperwork and coordinate carrier and freight pickupsVerify order details, quantities, and product labeling before shipmentSafely load and unload incoming and outgoing freightOperate warehouse and production equipment, including saws, drills, presses, and trimmersMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environmentIdentify quality concerns and help resolve issues before products leave the facilityContribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and overall operationsProvide support across departments as business needs evolveWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to read blueprints, specifications, and measuring devicesStrong communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where neededEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferredForklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plusValid Wisconsin driver's license, or the ability to obtain oneWork Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role is based in an active warehouse and light manufacturing environment.Employees should be comfortable:Standing and walking throughout the workdayRegularly lifting and moving materials up to 50 poundsOperating warehouse and production equipment safelyWearing required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protectionWhy Join Tanis Brush?At Tanis Brush, you'll be part of a company that values quality, innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
