Emergency Medicine Opening in Portsmouth, OH Columbus 90m; Cincinnati 100mFull-timeWe are seeking a board eligible/certified Emergency Medicine physician. Physicians cover three shifts: 8 am to 8 pm, noon to midnight, and 8 pm to 8 am. A nurse practitioner joins the patient care team from 11 am to 11 pm. 11-bed hybrid Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center. We average nearly 30,000 visits annually Full imaging (MRI, CT) and lab services We specialize in providing high-acuity urgent care integrated with emergency medicine services. EPIC EMR Compensation and Benefits Hospital-Employed The incoming physician will earn an hourly rate of $260 ($450k annually). Excellent benefits (health, life, dental, vision and retirement) Malpractice coverage. Community Portsmouth is a safe, family-friendly community with excellent schools, affordable living, a variety of shopping and dining options, and local access to beautiful state and national parks. Shawnee State University serves as the cultural hub of the community, offering the best in concerts and theater. Portsmouth also is a reasonable drive to metro cities Cincinnati and Columbus.
