**Required Experience and Skills:** - 2 years of previous experience - At least 1 travel contract completed - State license - BLS and NRP certifications - Work history/resume - Skills checklist (completed within 1 year of submission date) - Driver's License - License verification - References: 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission **Preferred or Additional Skills:** - Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless in Madison, where local candidates are accepted with a 10% rate reduction. **Certifications:** - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - BLS (Basic Life Support, AHA) **State Licenses:** - Wisconsin
