Recreation & Activities Director

Big-Bend-Woods-1 is seeking an Activity Director to organize and direct recreational activity programs for residents in a 102-bed skilled nursing facility. You will plan, facilitate, and document monthly activity calendars, coordinate outings, and assess progress with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining HIPPA confidentiality.
Qualifications include a Highschool Diploma/GED, Certification in Activities, and a valid driver’s license; prior experience with resident activity programs is
