Help power what's next.What you will doPerforms in a technical leadership and oversight role for their immediate team.Supports alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture and collaborates with domain architects. Works with internal team and stakeholders to design and implement architecture-centric solutions.Responsible for documenting and communicating the architectural design of software and hardware solutions.Develops, refines, optimizes, and supports the solution architecture as required to meet the business needs and non-functional requirements.Creates and maintains solution architecture artifacts, applying best practices and contributing to approval processes. Provides technical guidance to team members and contributes to solving complex problems.Engages with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, data flows, integrations and dependencies, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.Collaborates with other Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.Demonstrates technical leadership within the team, influencing practices and mentoring others. Applies existing best practices and contributes to evaluating new technologies when appropriate.Supports assessment of compatibility and integration of products and services within assigned scope.Engages in other duties as needed that support Alliant Energy’s Values and helps deliver on our Purpose to serve customers and build stronger communities.Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree | Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.Pay Range:$94,000-$128,000This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
