Compensation Earn a clinical rate $58.50/hour (including mandatory training) and an administrative rate (including no shows/late cancellations) of $17.50/hour as a Maryland resident with semi-monthly pay. If based out-of-state clinical rates will range between $58.50 - $85. Balanced Caseloads and Schedules Select a weekly caseload ranging from 7 to 20 clients, with session availability between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Maintain a caseloadof 7-20attended ongoing therapy sessions per week. Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress. Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed & refer clients when appropriate. Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Requirements License: Active license and in good standing as a LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Maryland Cross-licensure:Willin&g & Caseload: Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions. Sessions will include ongoing therapy appointments and assessments for new clients. Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress. Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Schedule: Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday. Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support.
