Senior Industrial Program Manager (Onsite)

What You Will Do The Rotor Core Value Stream Senior Industrial Program Manager will be responsible for GTFA transitions across the Rotor Core Value Stream. Serve as the primary representative for projects under management, building relationships through transparency, responsiveness, urgency, and delivery upon project commitments. Lead cross‑functional teams and interface directly with all accountable individuals within project scope. Drive business impact through urgency and decision‑making authority to ensure results‑oriented execution. Lead cross‑functional business‑critical initiatives improving operational performance. Be accountable for critical project schedules. Be accountable for risk and opportunity identification resolution across managed projects. Escalate items for immediate resolution that could impact project cost, schedule, or deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and 10 or more years of experience in operations management, program management, supply chain, engineering, or digital technology; or a Master’s Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the same fields. In the absence of a degree, a High School diploma/GED and 14 or more years of experience in the same fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Demonstrated ability to work and motivate internal and external customers and cross‑disciplinary team members. Preferred Qualifications Degree in a STEM field. Advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma) (CORE). Program Management Certification. Salary Range USD 132,400 – 251,600.
