Production Associate - Mender

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mender to support the Rental Division. The Mender is responsible for accurately repairing Uniform garments in accordance with company standards and includes patching holes and tears or replacing buttons on garments, such as shirts and pants. The Mender uses an industrial heat seal machine and button sewing machine to accomplish work.  Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $16.90 - $20.63/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
