We are a skilled nursing facility that offers a wide range of services that cater to both seniors who require Long term care, as well as short term rehabilitation programs. Your role is a pivotal one in ensuring all residents and staff are in a safe and well maintained enviroment.
Job description
We are looking to hire a full time maintenance director for our skilled nursing facility.
The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Professional attitude and appearance,
- Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, hvac,
- Will be a hands on Manager
- Ability to manage staff, budget and vendors
- Experience in the Long Term Care setting is a plus
- Experience with DPH survey, Life Safety, emergency management.
