Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Marketing Agent to support promotional activities, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, presenting products and services, and developing strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Responsibilities
Present products and services clearly and professionally.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or recommendations.
Participate in promotional campaigns, community events, and outreach activities.
Build positive relationships with customers and prospective customers.
Follow up with interested customers regarding products, services, and opportunities.
Assist with promotional materials, displays, and customer engagement activities.
Communicate product and service information accurately.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and outreach activities.
Support team marketing and customer engagement goals.
Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
Customer-focused and goal-oriented attitude.
Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
