HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN BENSENVILLE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Bensenville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for safely operating forklift equipment to move, stage, load, and unload materials while supporting efficient warehouse operations and maintaining safety and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $17/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift schedule
• Located in Bensenville, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks and shipments
• Transport and stage pallets in designated warehouse locations
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
• Perform equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate product movement and warehouse organization
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work all shifts as needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
