Blitz Marketing offers one of the most competitive commission structures in the industry, with 50% allocated to business development efforts.
As you gain experience and certification, you'll have the chance to progress into advanced sales, management, or closing roles. We provide a 6-12 month sales and leadership development program that mirrors your growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored home service solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and foster strong customer relationships.

- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and territory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Average Earnings: $4,000 - $10,000 per month, plus bonuses.
