Job Description

Ancira Partners Chevy GMC Cuero is seeking a motivated and customer-focused  Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal departments with parts identification, ordering, and fulfillment while delivering excellent service in a friendly, quality-oriented dealership environment.

Automotive parts experience is required , and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.

Pay: $50,000-70,000 annually

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30AM-6PM Saturday 730AM-2PM

Key Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Identify correct parts using dealership systems and manufacturer resources
• Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently
• Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in dealership systems
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times
• Work collaboratively with Service, Sales, and Parts team members

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Customer service–oriented with strong communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with CDK strongly preferred
• Inventory experience a plus
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
