• Assess student progress, document outcomes, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and related services staff
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, and academic development
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
