Veterinarian Criticalist

Veterinary Criticalist – BluePearl – Pittsburgh South, PA BluePearl Pet Hospital in Washington, PA is seeking a full-time or part-time Criticalist to join our team. We are a close knit, collegial group with a collaborative work ethic. We currently have seven criticalists combined inboth of our Pittsburgh locations and we are looking to expand coverage in our South location. We have a house officer program consisting of rotating interns, emergency and critical care interns and residents, and surgical interns and residents, which leads to a team approach to patient care. BluePearl Pet Hospital in Washington, PA is a comprehensive multi-specialty and referral hospital in Western Pennsylvania. The 13,500 square-foot facility opened in 2017 and offers a variety of services including after-hours emergency medicine on evenings and weekends, and specialists in critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology, radiology, and surgery. This location also houses several advanced treatment and diagnostic services including an on-site 64 slice CT, 2 ultrasound machines, video endoscopy, digital radiography, and dedicated suites for endoscopy and ultrasound. Additional services such as blood bank, comprehensive in-house laboratory with commercial grade equipment, and pharmacy are also provided.
