Supervisor- Mental Health Services (Outpatien Supervisor- Mental Health Services (Outpatien 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants The Supervisor (Outpatient) of Mental Health Services provides administrative supervision to Therapists while carrying a small caseload of clients. They assist with day-to-day therapeutic oversight, onboard Therapists and support the mental health services team in the delivery of high-quality services. The Supervisor (Outpatient) of Mental Health Services is a hybrid position and is not a Washington State Approved Supervisor. Supervisory Tasks

1. Work collaboratively with Human Resources, to recruit, interview, select, onboard, train, supervise and evaluate employees.
2. Alert the Clinical Manager and Human Resources of any job performance issues which may require disciplinary action.
3. Supervise and facilitate weekly supervision meetings with Therapists.
4. Respond and support Therapists through crisis response and intervention.
5. Ensure all clinical documentation is in accordance with WAC, COA, Medicaid, and King County requirements.
6. Review caseload assignment with Therapists on a weekly basis to assign and maintain full caseload.
7. Support case management services and monitor resource requests for client assistance.

Service Design and Delivery Tasks

1. Ensure services provided are high quality, consistent, and responsive to client needs and in alignment with King County requirements.
2. Ensure the services maintain counseling practices consistent with current state law, professional ethics, and treatment practices.
3. Provide clinical sessions to a small caseload of clients.
4. Assist clinical employees in the creation of group curriculums and proposals.
5. Maintain knowledge of King County resources applicable to client needs.

1. Master’s degree in a human-service field.
2. Fully licensed with the State of Washington as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT.
3. Minimum of 1 year supervisory or management experience.
4. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience with youth and young adults.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of MS365 Power Platform.

b. Additional Requirements

1. Must satisfactorily pass criminal history check.
2. Must satisfactorily pass tuberculosis (TB) test.
3. Must have reliable transportation and a valid Washington State driver's license (or be able to obtain one by date of employment).
4. Employees and volunteers who operate their own or Friends of Youth vehicles on Friends of Youth business, must have a safe driving record as defined by Friends of Youth.
5. Employees and volunteers who operate their own vehicle(s) on Friends of Youth business must carry auto liability insurance that complies with the requirements of Friends of Youth.
6. Must successfully complete the following health certification requirements within 30 days of employment: CPR, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens.
7. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. There are no exemptions.
