We are HIRING!
Winder Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Liaison Assistant/Assistant Business Office Manager (ABOM) to join our team! As a valued member of our staff, you will play a critical role in overseeing various business office functions, including resident files, payroll, accounts payable, and more. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a strong background in business, human resources, or related fields, we encourage you to apply!
What You’ll Do
Support Medicaid applications and renewals
Manage daily census reporting
Assist with weekly UR calls
Maintain accurate records in PCC
Support resident trust accounts
Assist with collections and AR aging
Communicate effectively with families and agencies
What We’re Looking For
Experience in an SNF Business Office or AR role
Working knowledge of Medicaid processes in a long-term care facility (Required)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear, professional communicator
Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Prior experience working in a long-term care organization
Experience in processing Medicaid applications and payroll
