Theatre Assistant Manager - Lead, Train & Grow

Cinemark

Cinemark is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee theatre operations, support the General Manager, and ensure high standards across departments. The role includes coaching staff, handling reports, and participating in the Management Accreditation Program.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and leadership skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced cinema environment.
