Nurse Shift Supervisor (RN/LPN)

Location: Complete Care at Boulevard – Chicago, IL

Part Time - Night

Core Responsibilities

As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead the nursing team to ensure clinical excellence during the Weekend:

• Coordinate patient assessments, treatment plans, and physician communication.
• Supervise staff performance, ensuring compliance with state/federal guidelines and proper medication administration.
• Conduct nursing rounds to track patient progress and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Act as a resource for staff and families to promote best practices in wellness and recovery.
• Work closely with the DON and Administrator to maintain seamless facility operations.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Experience in palliative or inpatient care is a plus.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and proficiency with clinical software.
