Truck Driver CDL A Solo Regional

Position: Class A CDL Truck Driver – Cincinnati, OH Pay & Schedule Weekly pay: $1,950 or more per week Solo Miles Pay: $0.57 per mile (2300+ miles/week) Solo Stops Pay: $23.00 per stop (12-15 stops/week) Per Diem Pay: $52.00 per night (4-5 nights/week) Safety Bonus: up to $1,250 per year Loyalty Bonus: $4,000 paid in two installments (after 6 months and 1 year) Paid training Schedule: Sunday – Friday; Dispatch Time 7:00‑8:00 AM Sunday Evening Load Pickup Responsibilities Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules. Detect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs. Load and unload freight, or assist in freight handling if required by customer. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 21. Pass a Ryder drug test. Pass a Ryder background and motor-vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years). Pass a DOT physical. Pass a Ryder road test. Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position. Class A verifiable experience: 9 months within the past 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years, or 5 years within the last 10 years. Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days. 80 hours PTO in first year (use or get paid).
