$33-$43 an hour (all inclusive)

Up to $5 shift diff

$6,000 sign on bonus for part-time

$12,000 sign-on bonus for full-time

Responsibilities Of Lpn:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as the physician's plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by the nurse manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications Of Lpn:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an lpn in the state of massachusetts
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Valid bls certification (cpr)
