About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Family Physician position based in Columbus, OH. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care visits, and wellness exams. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while working alongside a supportive clinical team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare professionals, managing urgent care needs, counseling patients on lifestyle and preventive health measures, and documenting encounters in the electronic health record. The physician will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate closely with clinical support staff to strengthen patient care and practice development.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in primary care and family medicine, with the ability to care for patients across the lifespan.
• Experience or interest in urgent care settings, including evaluation and treatment of acute conditions.
• Commitment to community health and population-based care, particularly for diverse and underserved groups.
• Solid foundation in general medicine, with evidence-based decision-making and diagnostic reasoning skills.
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of Ohio.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with an inclusive, patient-centered approach.
• Comfort with electronic health records and basic digital health tools.
• Willingness to participate in quality improvement and practice development.
