About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our family medical practice. In this role, you’ll work side by side with our Family Nurse Practitioner and care team to deliver whole-person care that addresses both the physical and emotional health of our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide counseling services to individuals and families in a supportive medical setting.
• Partner with medical providers to develop integrated care plans.
• Conduct assessments and offer guidance on stress management, coping skills, and wellness.
• Help patients navigate life’s challenges with empathy, trust, and encouragement.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling (or related field) with an active LPC license.
• Experience in mental health counseling; primary care or medical setting preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• A patient-centered approach with a heart for holistic care.
