Production Material Handler

Production Material HandlerCCG is currently looking for a Production Material Handler to join our Coins (NGC) division in our Sarasota, FL offices. This role is responsible for managing the flow of work-in-process customer submissions, ensuring accurate movement and tracking of submissions throughout the production process.Certified Collectibles Group is the world's leading provider of expert, impartial and tech-enabled services that add value and liquidity to collectibles. Today, CCG serves the world of collectibles online and at its offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany and China.What You Will Do As A Production Material Handler:Coordinate internal department transfers to ensure efficient workflow.Stage products based on status, production schedules, and customer requests.Verify and match customer submission information within the company database.Work closely with other departments to track inventory and determine product status and completion.Ensure submissions are accurately accounted for and moved through the production process.Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace.Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.What Makes You The Ideal Candidate:Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Previous experience in inventory management or material handling preferred.Capable of lifting and handling up to 60 lbs.Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.High School Diploma or equivalent.Ability to work occasional overtime based on business needs.Why You Will Love Working With Us:Hourly rate of $17.00 plus 10% shift differential for second shift positions, Full-time, 6:00 pm - 2:30 am schedule$1,000 hiring bonus for new employees who sign offers for this role by September 30, 2026*Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance.Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays401(k) retirement plan with company match.Career development & learning opportunities* Subject to terms and conditions.
