About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Avir at Kirbyville , you will provide compassionate and personalized care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing vital signs and reporting changes to our healthcare team. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, creating a sense of community and belonging.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with transfers and ambulation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document resident care and progress accurately and timely
