Operations Support Associate

Summary Support day-to-day store operations by receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining stock room and sales floor organization, executing inventory tasks and assisting selling floor needs. This role is non-selling focused but will assist customers and sales transactions as business requires. The position may be offered as full time or part time depending on availability and business needs. Responsibilities Process freight and merchandise per company guidelines including markups markdowns and tagging Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure proper sensor and tag placement Perform daily RFID inventory scans and complete ISOS replenishment activities Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers Maintain organized stock room and sales floor inventory levels Support sales floor with stock checks merchandise delivery and customer service Process sales transactions returns and discounts following company policies Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities Requirements Back of house or similar retail experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs and work on the sales floor stock room and office Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts Ability to collaborate and foster a positive work environment Comfort working with chemicals as required by tasks Ability to participate in training and company initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
