Endoscopy RN | Acute Care Hospital

Bring your clinical expertise and compassionate care to a fast-paced Endoscopy team where every patient interaction matters. We’re seeking a skilled and patient-focused Endoscopy Registered Nurse (Endo RN) to provide exceptional procedural and recovery care in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Schedule & Call Requirements:

• Shift start times vary between 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM depending on assigned role

• Roles may include Pre-Op, Circulator, Tech Support, or Post-Op Endoscopy

• Required to take 6–8 call days per month , including:

  • 1 Friday

  • 1 Saturday

  • 1 Sunday

• Required call response time: Within 1 hour

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients undergoing endoscopic procedures

• Assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress throughout treatment

• Provide pre-op, intra-procedure, and post-op nursing care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Administer medications and perform clinical interventions safely and effectively

• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and at-home care instructions

• Promote patient comfort, emotional support, and a healing environment throughout the care experience

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with infection prevention and patient safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Endoscopy, procedural, surgical, or acute care nursing experience preferred

• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills

• Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced clinical situations
