Job Description

Just earned your CDL-A and ready to begin your trucking career in Green Bay, Wisconsin? 365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for a paid mentor program designed to help you gain the experience needed for success on the road.

You will spend 4–6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the practical responsibilities of professional driving beyond CDL school. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition into your own truck and can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week.

What You’ll Do

During training, you will ride with an experienced driver who will help you develop the skills and confidence needed to operate independently. You will learn:

Safe driving and trip planning
Pickups and deliveries
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communication with dispatch
The daily responsibilities of an over-the-road driver

After successfully completing the mentor program, you will transition into your own truck and begin driving solo on routes originating from or serving the Green Bay, Wisconsin area.

We are looking for drivers who are motivated to learn, work hard, and build a successful career in trucking.

Valid Class A CDL
Graduation from an accredited CDL school
Clean motor vehicle record
Ability to meet applicable Department of Transportation qualification requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Safety-focused and dependable

No previous professional driving experience is required.
