Engagement Manager, Homeless Services & CES

LA Family Housing in Los Angeles seeks an Engagement Manager to supervise direct service teams, oversee referrals and Coordinated Entry System (CES) enrollments, and ensure program compliance and contractual targets. The role partners with program staff to connect participants to services and achieve equitable access. The Engagement Manager will train staff, monitor documentation, and prepare monthly reports for contracts and audits, while coordinating with Data & Performance teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr LA Family Housing
