Flexibility is expected based on project needs. Weekend work is occasionally available but never mandatory.Each day, you'll step into a role where no two projects are the same-reviewing job plans, leading your crew, and tackling everything from roofing repairs to custom carpentry and installations. You'll balance hands-on work with leadership, ensuring projects move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. When unexpected challenges arise, you'll adapt quickly, finding solutions that keep jobs on track.
