Electronics Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical / Electronics Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in PCBA design and development, embedded systems, analog/digital circuit design, and PCB layout using Cadence/Altium . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end product development, including concept creation, prototyping, testing, debugging, manufacturing support, and design validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electrical solutions.

• Design, develop, prototype, and troubleshoot PCBAs from concept through production.
• Develop analog and digital circuits for embedded electronic systems.
• Perform schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout using Cadence and/or Altium.
• Support manufacturing, testing, debugging, and validation of electrical systems.
• Analyze and resolve signal integrity, EMI/EMC, ESD, and board-level design challenges.
• Develop and integrate embedded hardware solutions with communication interfaces.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and engineering guidance.
• Support design verification, validation, and regulatory compliance activities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical/electronics product development.
• Strong experience with PCBA design, prototyping, manufacturing support, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in analog and digital circuit design.
• Proficiency with Cadence and/or Altium for circuit design and analysis.
• Experience in embedded electrical system design.
• Strong debugging and testing skills using oscilloscopes and other electronic test equipment.
• Deep understanding of PCB design, board-level electronics, and signal integrity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
