Location: (Add Location)

Pay: $23.00/hour to start
$25.00/hour upon hire

Schedule:

Sunday–Thursday
Start time between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM
Shift ends when the work is complete
Typically 4 long workdays per week
Days off include Friday, Saturday, plus one additional weekday (schedule may vary)

Attendance is critical! Candidates must be available and committed to working every Sunday.

We're hiring 2–3 Night Shift Loaders for a busy cold storage distribution warehouse. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and don't mind physical work, we'd love to meet you!

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay increases and long-term career potential.

What You'll Do

Load outbound trailers safely and efficiently
Build and consolidate pallets for maximum trailer space
Ensure proper weight distribution when loading
Operate a riding pallet jack and sit-down forklift
Pick, stage, and load customer orders
Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions
Work in a cold storage environment
Lift products weighing 50–80 pounds throughout the shift
Meet productivity goals of approximately 140 cases per hour

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse

✔ Experience operating a riding pallet jack

✔ Sit-down forklift experience

✔ Knowledge of pallet building and load weight distribution

✔ Order picking experience is a plus

✔ Ability to lift 50–80 lbs. consistently

✔ Flexibility to cross-train and work in different warehouse areas

✔ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

✔ Ability to communicate in English (bilingual Spanish is a plus)
