Senior Program Management Specialist Company: The Boeing Company. Role: Senior Program Management Specialist (Level 5) within Boeing Global Services’ Commercial Aircraft Spare Parts Business team. The position is located at either Seattle, WA or Plano, TX. Position Responsibilities Integrate business objectives, opportunities & risks, data‑driven market analyses, constraints and business goals to execute sales and profitability objectives. Devise scenarios to negotiate and grow individual customer programs. Synthesize and articulate market needs to align across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other stakeholders. Identify market and product selling trends to provide insight on aviation aftermarket products for internal and external audiences. Develop, maintain, and utilize complex analytical models to respond to business challenges and external opportunities. Lead cross‑functional leadership through Integrated Product Team (IPT) governance, building trusting relationships and communicating business priorities. Communicate data analyses and business insight to an executive audience. Implement customer and program communication plans. Coordinate with Integrated Materials Management functional leadership and integrated product teams. Develop program work structures and top‑level execution plans, including monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis to manage business results. Lead monthly financial, customer, and competitive analysis, evaluate root‑cause changes, and communicate developments. Lead execution of initiatives to improve commercial part product & category performance (revenue, cost, convenience, delivery, quality). Leverage data analysis to develop strategic initiatives, drive competitive improvements, and enhance business outcomes—customer segmentation, regional business growth, forecasting, promotion, and product line enhancement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a project / program management role. 5+ years leading cross‑functional teams. 5+ years delivering presentations to senior leaders. 5+ years interpreting data and presenting analysis with recommendations to executive leaders. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or MBA / Master’s degree. Experience in the commercial aviation industry with emphasis on aftermarket aircraft support. Experience with business consulting, marketing, sales, finance, and/or supply chain. Experience with program‑management best practices. Knowledge of and experience achieving financial performance targets through Profit & Loss leadership. SQL, advanced Excel, and Tableau software experience. Pay & Benefits Summary pay range: $168,300 – $227,700. Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Other Details Shift: 1 (United States of America). The position is onsite. No relocation assistance is offered.
