You will help execute and manage lending transactions, leveraging CRE, C&I, and structured finance knowledge. You will work with senior lawyers and transaction managers to prepare documentation, conduct due diligence, review term sheets, and coordinate e-signature and wet-signing processes, including AI-enabled tools to streamline review. #J-18808-Ljbffr OakNorth
