Overview As Program Director – EPMO, you will lead critical enterprise programs, translating strategic priorities into actionable, cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide delivery excellence, shape governance practices, and partner with top leaders in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business owners to develop visibility into enterprise initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes. Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are met. Identify and resolve execution barriers proactively, promoting continuous improvement and outcome-based delivery. Drive governance and reporting routines, facilitating reviews, decision-making meetings, and maintaining transparency into program health. Support the evolution of the EPMO's capabilities, processes, and tools to sustain high standards of execution discipline. Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program, transformation, or enterprise business operations. Proven record leading large, complex initiatives with measurable business impact. Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward common goals. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills. Proficiency with program management tools and reporting practices. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certification or degrees preferred.
