Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Doctorate of Physical Therapy required
• Current Alabama Physical Therapist license required
• Active license in good standing with the state board or licensing agency required
• AHA BLS or Red Cross certification required
• 2 years of experience required, or 18 months of experience with 1 year in the field of specialty

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday
• One weekend required per month
• Holidays as required
• Inpatient and acute units
• Must float
• Patient population includes geriatric, neurological, stroke, and amputation patients
