Ascension Living PACE - Michigan is seeking to add a new Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to our team in Flint Michigan. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice.

Join an established team of 3 Physicians and 2 Apps. Call structure: 1:5 weeks. Practice setting: Outpatient practice caring for a panel of geriatric patients. Located in the heart of Flint, our team is comprised of a tight-knit, collaborative group—of Physicians and APPs—who prioritize a culture where every voice is heard and valued. We offer a truly sustainable practice model: with a manageable caseload of approximately 80 patients and a focused daily volume of 2–6 visits, you are afforded the meaningful time required to build genuine, longitudinal relationships with your patients.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
