Application Support Lead - OpenText

Work Location: Calgary Office



Work Arrangement: Hybrid

The Application Support Lead oversees the support, administration, and continuous improvement of OpenText platforms and related enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The role leads L2/L3 production support, manages incident and problem resolution, ensures platform stability and security, and coordinates with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams to maintain reliable operations.

• Lead L2/L3 support operations to ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
• Manage incident and problem resolution to minimize service disruptions.
• Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance.
• Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure OpenText solutions support document management, records management, workflow automation, and compliance requirements.

• Experience supporting, administering, and maintaining OpenText platforms and ECM solutions.
• Experience leading L2/L3 production support operations.
• Strong understanding of incident management, problem resolution, and platform stability.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and technical support teams.
• Experience managing platform upgrades, releases, and service improvements.

• Experience with OpenText enterprise content management solutions.
• Experience supporting document management, records management, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in enterprise content management environments.
