Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring smooth, on‑brand operation. Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs – including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Results‑oriented seller. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule with nights, weekends, holidays; able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods. Full‑time availability from 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. Assessment will be emailed upon submission of application. Compensation $16.45 – $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
