Project Manager IIIJoin Olsson's Federal Engineering & Design Team as a Project Manager III, where you'll lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-impact infrastructure projects for federal clients. You'll oversee planning, design, and construction support for mission-critical facilities including military bases, VA campuses, and other government installations. These projects demand technical excellence, regulatory precision, and collaborative leadership-and you'll be at the center of it all.As a Project Manager, you'll manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality across complex civil and vertical construction engineering efforts. You'll work closely with multi-discipline teams as well as federal stakeholders-to ensure compliance with UFC, DoD, VA, and other federal standards. Your role will span from early concept development through final delivery, guiding teams and clients toward successful outcomes.You'll also contribute to proposal development and help shape best practices that elevate our federal design capabilities.
