Senior Management Analyst

Role Description

This is a remote position. Seeking a Management Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to support systems serving OPM users, migration to cloud-based and agile operations as well as performs a variety of tasks such as:

• Serve as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Manage a team of requirements analysts to collect and analyze requirements data to evaluate operational difficulties and make recommendations to solve problems.
• Identify inefficiencies and analyze and report solutions to correct inefficiencies.
• Act as advisor to the team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience facilitating requirements for complex systems or processes, knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the related discipline.
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Four years of experience about modeling use-case requirements and activity flows or workflow sequence diagrams using an automated system.
• Two years of experience working agile teams creating user stories and managing product backlogs.
