Cafe Manager

Frunchroom Collective is looking for an exceptional Hospitality Manager / General Manager to help lead our team and grow our brand.

The Role

Our Hospitality Manager / General Manager will set the standard for our team and guest experience every day. You'll work closely with ownership to:

• Lead, coach, motivate, and hold our team accountable
• Create a culture of hospitality, kindness, hard work, teamwork, and respect
• Make exceptional guest experiences our #1 priority
• Recruit, train, and develop great people
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, labor, inventory, and cleanliness
• Maintain high standards and ensure consistency throughout the business
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, profitability, and the guest experience
• Help develop new ideas, events, partnerships, and ways to grow Frunchroom
