Texas Tissue Converting – Conroe, TX
Full-Time | 2/2/3 Rotational Shifts
Texas Tissue Converting is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Baler Operator to join our Production team. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment by collecting recyclable materials, operating baling equipment, and supporting daily production operations.
What You'll Do- Collect and process paper, cardboard, and plastic waste from production lines
- Operate balers and compactors safely and efficiently
- Move recyclable materials using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Maintain clean production and warehouse areas
- Empty trash containers and support facility housekeeping
- Assist with production support tasks as assigned
- Complete required records and report equipment or safety concerns
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
