SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible to perform a wide range of maintenance duties related to the carpentry trade including, constructing casework, shelving, modifying existing, relocating offices, installing and removing numerous and varied items.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Three (3) years of job related experience in the carpentry and construction trades required.

• Valid PA Drivers License required.

• Must pass a written skills test with a minimum grade of 75% and demonstrate skills by fabricating a piece of casework or furniture using a variety of techniques and hand tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

• Two (2) years Vocational/Technical school training preferred.

• Previous experience in operating tractors, high lifts and other types of equipment preferred.
