The Role As Team Lead SAP SuccessFactors , you will take ownership of the SuccessFactors team and play a central role in delivering and expanding HR transformation projects. You will work closely with customers — remotely and on-site — advising on the optimization, extension, and continuous improvement of their SAP SuccessFactors landscapes. In addition to delivery responsibility, you will contribute to practice growth , solution innovation, and selected pre-sales and sales activities. Key Responsibilities Leading and developing the SAP SuccessFactors team Advising and supporting new and existing customers across SAP SuccessFactors implementations Analyzing, adapting, and further developing HR business processes and systems Taking partial or full project responsibility within customer engagements Designing innovative solution approaches and delivering them as part of comprehensive consulting services Gathering customer requirements and providing professional consulting and training Creating functional and technical concepts Preparing and conducting workshops, test phases, and presentations Supporting the expansion of sales and pre-sales activities Your Profile Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementations At least two SAP SuccessFactors certifications Hands-on knowledge of at least three SAP SuccessFactors modules Strong motivation for continuous learning and professional development Business-fluent German and English (spoken and written) High service orientation and customer focus Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset What’s on Offer Attractive and performance-based compensation model Pension and retirement benefits Flexible remote work and home-office options Company car or mobility options Extensive training and certification opportunities Choice of work equipment Workation options Regular team events and company activities Good public transport accessibility Hiring Process The recruitment process is simple and transparent.
