This position plays a key role in ensuring office, manufacturing, and motorsports spaces remain clean, safe, organized, and presentation-ready at all times. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards, works well in a team environment, and is committed to providing exceptional facility support. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout office, manufacturing, warehouse, and common areas. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, lunchrooms, coffee stations, and other shared spaces. Empty, clean, and reline interior and exterior trash and recycling receptacles. Remove cardboard, packaging materials, and recyclables from shipping and receiving areas. Clean outdoor spaces including walkways, stairways, patios, loading docks, staging areas, and trash rooms. Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and polish floors as needed. Clean walls, windows, display cases, trophy cabinets, and other high-visibility areas. Dust and clean specialty vehicles, displays, and equipment using approved cleaning methods and materials. Refill facility supplies, including water stations, sanitizer dispensers, paper products, and office consumables. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Organize and maintain janitorial closets and storage areas. Respond promptly to spills, overflowing trash, and other urgent cleaning requests. Support facility preparation and cleanup for meetings, special events, visitors, and executive leadership visits. Perform elevated cleaning tasks using a scissor lift or aerial lift when trained and authorized. Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, leaks, equipment damage, and other facility concerns. Perform additional facility and housekeeping duties as assigned. Job Requirements Qualifications Previous janitorial, day porter, custodial, or facilities support experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, professional environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to follow written instructions, cleaning schedules, and safety procedures. Professional demeanor and ability to work around employees, visitors, vehicles, and sensitive work areas. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and facility needs. Must be available to work weekends and holidays when required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive cleaning duties. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines. Willingness and ability to operate a scissor lift or aerial lift after required training.
