Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew to complete hardscape projects efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work meets the highest standards and client expectations. Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and productivity. Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely. Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in hardscaping or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid Virginia driver’s license required. Benefits Weekly pay based on experience.
