Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department to ensure efficient workflow and optimal productivity. This role includes coordinating activities, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and implementing safety protocols while working closely with other departments to maintain a seamless production process.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working conditions include:

• Position requires working Fri, Sat, Sun from 5:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• May require standing for extended periods and managing physically active production environments.
